France & Europe
Free shipping on all orders over 100 EUR.
The standard shipping fee for orders below this amount is 5 EUR.
Express shipping is 15 EUR.
UK
Free shipping on all orders over 100 GBP.
The standard shipping fee for orders below this amount is 10 GBP.
Express shipping is 20 GBP.
Worldwide
Free shipping on all orders over 150 USD.
The standard shipping fee for worldwide orders is 20 USD.
Express shipping is 40 USD.
Estimated Delivery Times will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing Times
Orders are shipped from our workshop in Paris, France and dispatched within 24 hours on business days (not including French public holidays).
For handmade items, please allow 5 to 7 days for production before shipping. This timeframe is approximate and may vary based on order volume. The current waiting time is displayed in the scrolling bar at the top of every page.
Exclusions: We do not process orders on weekends and bank holidays.
Tracking Information
All orders are trackable. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Lost or Damaged Goods
In the unfortunate event that your goods are lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at hello@collectparis.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue, whether it be through a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution, depending on the circumstances.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Please note that personalised items cannot be returned for a refund.
