Free shipping on all EU & UK orders over 100 EUR / GBP, worldwide 150 EUR / USD.

The standard shipping fee for EU/UK orders below this amount is 5 EUR / GBP.

The standard shipping fee for worldwide orders is 15 EUR / USD.

Orders are shipped from our workshop in Paris, France and dispatched within 24 hours on business days (not including French public holidays).

For handmade items, please allow a production time of 5 to 7 days before shipping.

Returns

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Please note that personalised items cannot be returned for a refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a refund, then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that gift cards are not refunded.
